Abstract:
To provide a quick exhaust valve integrated type diaphragm pump whose manufacturing costs are reduced and assemblability is increased by simplifying a structure for exhausting air in an input side space.SOLUTION: The pump comprises a pump main body part 103 and a quick exhaust valve structure body 104. The quick exhaust valve structure body 104 comprises an input side space 152, a discharge passage 153, an output side space 161, a check valve 166, an exhaust passage 157, and a quick exhaust valve 171 having a valve body 172 for opening/closing an exhaust port 162. The discharge passage 153 is formed so that a passage cross section area is not less than a passage cross section area of a supply passage 151, and is formed to such passage length that a predefined flow path resistance is generated. The predefined flow path resistance is such a flow path resistance that the air is exhausted to the ambient air through the discharge passage 153 when a flow rate of the air passing through the supply passage 151 is not more than a predetermined flow rate, and the quick exhaust valve 171 blocks the exhaust port 162 and the air in the input side space 152 flows into the output side space 161 through the check valve 166, when the flow rate exceeds the predetermined flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
