Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick exhaust valve unit and a diaphragm pump which removes a ripple and does not deteriorate an exhaust speed of air caused to backflow from an object to be compressed upon stopping of pump movement.SOLUTION: A quick exhaust valve unit includes: first space forming parts (6, 7, 9) that form a first space (A1) and have an output channel (7eh) causing air supplied from a pump (1a) to the first space (A1) to pass therethrough; second space forming parts (7, 8) that form a second space (A2) communicated with the first space (A1) via an output channel (7eh) and have an ejection channel (8ah) for ejecting air supplied to the second space (A2) and an exhaust channel (7gh, 7fh, 8dh) for exhausting air caused to flow into the second space (A2) from the ejection channel (8ah) to an external part; and a valve (9c) which closes the exhaust channel (7gh, 7fh, 8dh) when air is supplied from the pump (1a) to the first space (A1) and opens the exhaust channel (7gh, 7fh, 8dh) when air is caused to flow into the second space (A2) from the ejection channel (8ah).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
