Abstract:

To predict a time required until the quick freezing treatment of a food is finished.

This quick food freezer having a neural network is characterized in that the neural network receives a signal transmitted from a data-treating means for treating signals transmitted from a temperature-sensing means, and a signal related to the information of a plurality of time intervals, for measuring elapsed times for lowering from a constant temperature to other temperatures and calculates information related to a prediction time tr required to lower the inner temperature of a food to be frozen to a lower prescribed temperature Tc corresponding to a food phase transfer process; and the data-treating means receives information related to the prediction time tr from the neural network and calculates information related to a prediction time tn required to lower the food temperature detected with the temperature-sensing means to a lower defined final temperature than the phase transfer process temperature Tc, on the basis of the information.
