Title:
QUICK RELEASE VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3787383
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve exhaust responsiveness even in a state where a retainer lowers, and to ease the dimensional accuracy of each part for reducing cost.
SOLUTION: A quick releae valve is equipped with a valve body 21 having a charging valve seat 36 and an exhaust valve seat 37 in a valve chamber 24, and a diaphragm 25 having a bar-shaped exhaust valve element 41 and a flange-shaped charging valve body 42 formed on the periphery of a bar-shaped exhaust valve element 41. The cylindrical part 27 of a retainer 26 is slidably fitted on the outer periphery of the exhaust valve element 41, and the peripheral edge part 46 of the retainer 26 is opposite to the charging valve element 42, and energized through a peripheral edge part 46 by a compression spring 29 in a direction for seating the charging valve element 42, and the lower end of the cylindrical part 27 of the retainer 26 is provided with a notch 28, and the inner circumference of the said cylindrical part is provided with a Y-packing 30 having a Y-shaped section, and an exhaust passage is secured by the notch 28 in a state where the retainer 25 approaches the side of the exhaust valve seat 37.
