Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen noises as much as possible at the time when a die abuts on a thin sheet on a blank holder of the draw die.
SOLUTION: A sub-blank holder 5 is arranged between a cushion pin 4 and a blank holder 3, an elastic body is interposed between the sub-blank holder and the blank holder and whereby an approach run gap H1 of the blank holder is provided between the sub-blank holder and the blank holder, an approach run lever 13 which pressurizes and approach runs the blank holder is turnably provided in the sub-holder before the die 7 butts against a thin sheet on the blank holder, an operational cam 31 which drives the approach run lever is arranged in a place facing the approach run lever of the die, and the die is butted against the thin sheet on the blank holder after the blank holder approach runs.
