To provide a quilt cover easily put on and taken off from a quilt.
The quilt cover covering a quilt comprises: a lining cloth 2 covering an underside of the quilt 4, of which, an end part in a longitudinal direction formed longer than that of the quilt 4 functions as a collar cloth 11; an outer side cloth 3, covering an upper side of the quilt 4, of which, the size is nearly the same as the quilt; fasteners 5, 6 detachably connecting three sides of the outer side cloth and the lining cloth except one end side in the longitudinal direction; and button holes and buttons 9 detachably connecting the outer side cloth to the lining cloth when folding back the collar cloth at one end of the lining cloth toward the upper surface side of the one end part of the outer side cloth.
