This quilting sewn product comprises a laminated product using at least on part a three-dimensional knit fabric composed of a front-back two-layer fabric and connecting threads connecting the two-layer fabric. The quilting sewn length ratio of the part where the three-dimensional knit fabric is used is 0.005-1. The cushion material is obtained by using the quilting sewn product. The quilting sewn length ratio is shown in a relation of the total sewn length (cm) of the sewn product/an area (cm2) where the three-dimensional knit fabric is used in the sewn product.
