A quilting laminated fabric, wherein fibrous activated carbon cloth is held between base materials (adsorbing material protective layers) excellent in air permeability and flexibility, is subjected to immersion treatment (dipping nipping treatment) in a binder resin processing bath of an aqueous dispersion system together using a water repellent and the treated fabric is subjected to drying and fixing treatment (drying curing treatment) to obtain the quilting sheet.
