Abstract:

To provide a new bipolar organic compound, a light-emitting element having excellent carrier balance, a light-emitting element and light-emitting device having low drive voltage and small power consumption and an electronic device having small power consumption.

Provided is a quinoxaline derivative represented by general formula (G1). In the formula, 1 and 2 are each independently an arylene group having 13 ring-forming carbon atoms; Ar is an aryl group having 13 ring-forming carbon atoms; R1 and R6 are each independently any of a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group, or an aryl group having 13 ring-forming carbon atoms; and R2 to R5 and R7 to R10 are each independently any of a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group.
