Abstract:
To provide circulator/isolator devices with improved high-frequency characteristics.SOLUTION: A circulator/isolator consists of a single photosensitive glass-ceramic composite substrate containing silica, lithium oxide, aluminum oxide and cerium oxide, and an iron core formed in an aperture in the substrate. A conductive coil is formed in or on the substrate and electrically connected to the input, output and load.
