To provide an overall RF device having a compact size with reduced power consumption, and an RF data transmission method using the above RF device.
A high-frequency signal received by an antenna 41 of an RF device 101 is distributed in a power distribution circuit 43, and one high-frequency signal is voltage amplified in a rectifier circuit/voltage amplifier circuit 44. A power supply circuit 45 initiates a control circuit 50 by the voltage-amplified voltage and an electromotive voltage of a built-in battery. A demodulator circuit 46 demodulates the other high-frequency signal, and a receiver circuit 47 decodes an inquiry command from a reader 200. A transmitter circuit 48 converts a signal detected by a sensor 49 into a digital data, and also transmits to the reader 200 side.
