This rack earthquake-proof system is provided with: a customer information DB14 for storing information related with the machine room of a customer; a manufacturer's specification DB15 for storing information related with the equipment of each manufacturer; a design index DB16 for storing various data to be used for design; and a customer presentation book DB17 for storing documents and drawings, and configured to retrieve information from the database, and to calculate a generation stress acting on a rack from the specifications of the rack, mounted with loaded equipment and the seismic force of a design site, and to decide the fixing method of the rack to a floor, based on it.
