Title:
RACK FOR HOLDING LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012048005
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a rack that holds a lens without forming a closed space.

The rack has a first holding member 3 that touches the periphery of a lens base material 2 from below, and a second holding member 4 and a third holding member 5 that touch the periphery of the lens base material 2 from one side in a horizontal direction and from the other respectively. The first to third holding members 3 to 5 regulate movement of the lens base material 2 in a thickness direction and hold the lens base material 2 almost vertically. The rack has a rack main body 6 that supports the first to third holding members 3 to 5. The first to third holding members 3 to 5 respectively have horizontal direction extension parts 3b, 4b, 5b that extend in the thickness direction of the lens base material 2 from the contact parts 3a, 4a, 5a that touch the lens base material 2. The horizontal direction extension parts 3b, 4b, 5b are connected to the rack main body 6 at positions apart from the lens base material 2 in the thickness direction.
