To guide the movement of a rack shaft stably for a long period of time by reducing a possibility of damaging a loading state of a rack receiving sheet on a rack guide.
A locking hole 33, and locking grooves 34, 34 are formed at a bottom surface of a recessed groove 31, which is provided at a tip end of the rack guide 3 and corresponds to a shape of a back surface of the rack shaft, and at both side surfaces of the recessed groove 31, respectively. A locking projection 42 corresponding to the locking hole 33 and locking projections 43, 43 corresponding to the locking grooves 34, 34 are formed at a surface of the rack receiving sheet 4 facing to the rack guide 3 and the locking projection 42, and locking projections 43, 43 are engaged with the locking hole 33 and with the locking grooves 34, 34, respectively to mount the rack receiving sheet 4 on the rack guide 3.
