Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable preventing a foreign material such as dust from invading and being accumulated inside a column 3 while using an open cross section for the column 3, in a side frame structure 1 of a rack in which a pair of columns 3 in the depth direction are connected by a connecting member 5, and the columns 3 have a cross sectional shape that mutually facing insides are opened.SOLUTION: A side frame structure of a rack is such that: a cover 8 closing an open end part 7 of a column 3 is fixed to between right and left both side plate parts 7a of the column 3; and the cover 8 is constituted, in a region excluding a connecting member invading region 13 in which a connecting member 5 between the columns invades into the inside of the column 3, of a cover body 9 which closes an opened end between right and left both side plate parts 7a of the column 3, and a recessed cover part 10 surrounding the connecting member invading region 13 from the inside of the column 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
