Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress operation troubles caused by "warpage" of a net-like body, to prevent cracking of a base member, and to provide a technology to improve product yield, in a rack composed of the net-like body formed by knitting metal into a mesh state, and the base member used to load the net-like body.SOLUTION: In a rack composed of a net-like body formed by knitting metal into a mesh state, and a base member used to load the net-like body, the base member is composed of Si-SiC, recrystallized SiC, SiN-SiC, or pressureless-sintered SiC, the base member includes a base portion for loading the net-like body, opposed projecting portions disposed in opposition to each other at both upper and lower, or right and left end portions of the base portion, and a pressing bar formed over between the opposed projecting portions and disposed on a top surface of the net-like body loaded on the base portion, and a ventilation hole portion is formed by opening 20-75% of the base portion.
