PURPOSE: To improve productivity and increase strength and rigidity by setting the weight of the reinforcing fiber consisting of the continuous fiber to 30-70wt.%, in a racket frame which is molded integrally through the reaction injection molding method by using the continuous fiber and an material which permits the formation of thermoplastic resin.
CONSTITUTION: A racket frame is molded integrally through the reaction injection molding method by using a continuous fiber and a material which can form thermoplastic resin. The reinforcing fiber for the hollow racket frame is reinforced by the continuous fiber or the reinforcing fiber such as woven fabric, roving, and two-axis or three-axis blade 12 which are made of the fiber, and the weight of the reinforcing fiber is 30-70wt.%. In the manufacture of the racket frame 1, a core member having a nearly racket form is formed from the fusible material, and winding the continuous fiber or the reinforced fiber of the woven fabric and two-axis or three-axis blade which are made of the continuous fiber onto the core member 11 in single form or in combination, and a racket frame member 15 is formed.
