Abstract:
To provide a racket frame having an improved grip structure, for light weight and superior vibration damping characteristic.
The racket frame has a head portion encircling a face portion, a throat portion, a shaft portion, and a grip portion. The grip portion has a body 11 continuously forming the head portion, the throat portion and the shaft portion and extending from the shaft portion and a cylindrical handle member 17 with the front fitted and fixed to the body. The rear end of the handle member is a grip end. The handle member having a hollow portion 20 is arranged ranging 60 mm or more and 180 mm or less from the grip end. The grip portion itself serves as a vibration absorber.
