To provide a racket frame which is strong enough for actual use and excellent in repulsion performance and which generates good ball-hitting feel.
Epoxy resin of 100 cpc viscosity is prepared as matrix resin, a carbon nanofiber 3 which has a 150 nm average fiber diameter and whose thermal conductivity shows characteristic of 1,500 W/(m K) at ≤15 °C is mixed as micro-carbon fiber 9 to this by the rate of 3 mass %. In addition, a PAN-based carbon fiber is prepared as reinforcing fiber to obtain a prepreg sheet of 50% fiber volume (Vf). The prepreg sheet is properly cut off for molding the racket frame, and wound and laminated on a tube for forming inner pressure. After arranging this in a cavity in the frame shape of a die, compressed air is injected into a tube for heating and hardening this to form the racket frame.
