Title:
RACKET HAVING FOUR THROATS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0938241
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To design the structure of the throat of a racket and the arrangement of a gut suspending part, and increasingly improve stroking performance and racket operating performance.

A throat 1 is formed of four throats, a gut suspending part 6 is made into one plate form, and its arrangement related to the frame height is variously designed, so that an effective working area of a gut 7 is maximized, or a gut distributing area of the same length is extended to extend the sweet spot. Further, four throats 5 are utilized to improve the form of the throat 1 so as to be easily touched by fingers or easily held, and the racket operability or the recognizing performance of the gut surface when held is improved. The sectional form of the frame 2 is also considered to improve the driving performance near the frame.
