Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve controllability when a ball is hit by a tip part on a top part side and resiliency when it is hit by a center part or yoke part side.
CONSTITUTION: A boundary line P is set at a position of 2/5 of entire length in the major axial direction of a gut plane 4 in a major axial direction X facing from the tip part 4a on the top part 2b side of the gut plane, and an area held between the tip part on the top part side and the boundary line is set as a first area A 1. An area at the position of 3/5 of entire length in the major axial direction of the gut plane formed in the major axial direction facing from the boundary line to the grip side is set as a second area A 2. A ratio of the mean value of length in the major axial direction of a net formed with the intersection of the gut K in the major axial direction and the gut J in a minor axial direction in the first area to that of length in the major axial direction of the net in the second area is set at 0.3-1.0.
