To provide a radar system capable of enhancing precision for a detecting a pulse item without enlarging a system, in particular, capable of extracting the pulse item in a real time, in a pulse signal input with a short time interval.
This radar system is constituted of an effective sample point extracting part 11 for comparing a signal level with the first prescribed threshold value, as to a sampled signal obtained by sampling a reception signal, and for extracting a sampling point where the signal level gets to the first threshold value or more, as an effective sample point, an interpolation processing part 14 for executing interpolation between the effective sample points to generate the pulse signal, a pulse item generation part 15 for comparing the signal level with the second threshold value higher than the first threshold value, as to the pulse signal, and for generating the pulse item, based on the pulse signal where the signal level gets to the second threshold value or more, and a pulse distribution part 12 for allocating a pulse portion comprising the plurality of effective sampling points input time-serially to the each interpolation processing part 14.
