In the radial piston pump provided with a first member 9 and a second member 8 provided in a manner relatively rotatable around a rotation axis A1, first cams 118, 122 formed at the first member 9, moving members 111, 113, 115, attached to the second member 8, and operated as guided by the first cams 118, 122 and a cylinder chamber 125, provided at the second member 8, and performing suction and delivery of a liquid by movement of the moving members 111, 113, 115, an intake passage 126 where the liquid to be taken in the cylinder chamber 125 passes, an intake valve 128 for opening and closing the intake passage 126, a second cam 136 arranged at the first member 9 and a hydraulic actuator for relatively moving the fist cams 118, 122 and the second cam 136 in a circumferential direction around the rotation axis A1 are provided.
