In addition, the outer diameter side elastic connection part 18 and the inner diameter side elastic connection part 19 are each formed in roughly a straight shape, both ends in the circumferential direction of connection parts are bridged respectively to one end in the circumferential direction and to the other end in the circumferential direction of the rims 8c, 8d, and crossed at the axial center part of the retainer 7c. Thereby, of elastic forces demonstrated by the elastic connection part 12a, a force that acts in the circumferential direction is made larger and a force that acts in the axial direction is counterbalanced, thus solving the problem.
