PURPOSE: To make a light emitting point from a lamp bulb face LCD parts adequately by allowing the light emitting point of the lamp bulb to be adjusted to any position against a board face.

CONSTITUTION: One end sides of lead wires 24, 25 are respectively connected to both end portions of a filament 23 enclosed in a hollow-like lamp bulb 19, and the other sides are respectively led from the closed end portion of the lamp bulb 19 toward the outside thereof. Lead frames 16, 17 are equipped with a lamp base 18 connected to the lead wires 24, 25 and facing the lamp bulb 19. The fixing position of the lead frames 16, 17 are arbitrarily adjusted against the board 10 so that a light emitting point from the lamp bulb 19 is positioned and fixed with a certain distance from the face of the board 10.
