Abstract:
To provide fastening ring and bush which can withstand dimensional variation of approximately 1 to 2% in a diameter, and can assure simultaneously accurate and repetitive maintenance of a processed component and pressing of the component against a reference plane.SOLUTION: A fastening and retaining ring 1, occupies an interior of a cylindrical storage part which is provided in a base of a component to be immobilized in relation to a main body, is formed from a series of cylindrical and/or pseudo-cylindrical adjacent continuous elements 7, 9 which are combined with each other, these elements have an omega-shaped basic surface, and therefore, include an apex and two branches, the apices of the elements 7, 9 are outside and inside the ring alternately, and form an outer element 7 and an inner element 9 respectively. In the fastening ring, branches connecting two adjacent elements are common, the outer element 7 and the inner element 9 form a [shell], and a thickness of the shell is 10% to 25% of a width of the apex of the outer element 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
