Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent combustion exhaust gas containing harmful NOor unburned gas from being discharged outside and perform an effective utilization of heat of the combustion exhaust gas when the combustion exhaust gas is discharged outside from the other end part of a radiant tube after fuel gas is mixed with combustion air and ignited in a radiant tube.SOLUTION: When fuel gas and combustion air are mixed to each other at a combustion burner part 12 that is one end part of a radiant tube burner 10 and ignited and the combustion exhaust gas after combustion is discharged out of the other end of a radiant tube 11, there are provided, at a downstream side position in a discharging direction of the combustion exhaust gas, an exhaust gas processing part 24 storing three-way catalyst; a first heat exchanging part 31 for heating combustion air with heat of the combustion exhaust gas before the gas is guided to the exhaust gas processing part; and a second heat exchanging part 32 for heating combustion air with heat of the combustion exhaust gas discharged out of the exhaust gas processing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
