Abstract:

To allow a driver running a vehicle to more clearly recognize a pedestrian by fixing a light emitting device to the tips of the ribs of an umbrella so as to appeal the existence of the pedestrian to surrounding running vehicles by lighting or flickering light in the evening and at night whent it is raming.

The handle 5 is hollowed to incorporate a battery, a control part, a power source switch 4, etc. Next, light emitting elements 1 are fixed to the tips of the ribs 2 by wiring at the tips of the ribs 2 from the handle 5 by using the hollow parts of a shaft 3 and the ribs 2. At this time, only one wire is required at the time of connecting a metallic part to the minus pole of the battery. The handle 5 of the umbrella is made the housing place of a battery, a control part and a power source switch 4 but at the time of housing a set of the battery, a control part, a power source switch, a light emitting element 1, etc. in a water preventing cap 6 to regard the cap 6 as a light emitting device, a mass production effect can be expected at the time of producing to supply for a market at a low price, thereby the safety of the pedestrian even in a state where surrounding visibility is bad on a road can be secured.
