PURPOSE: To sufficiently heighten the radiative property, to form into a thin film and to follow up deformation of a flexible film by composing a radiative film of an inorganic composite in which a heat conductive inorganic filler is added to a vehicle mainly composed of metal alkoxide.

CONSTITUTION: As a vehicle, the vehicle containing a main component of an alkoxide material of a metal and alkylsilicate or hydrate silicate is used, and after performing reforming treatment by silane coupling together with mixing a heat conductive inorganic filler in a dispersion treatment agent, this and some amount of surface-active agent is added to a prescribed amount of vehicle and mixed by using a mixer such as a ball mill so as to obtain an inorganic composite. After this inorganic composite is roll-coated on a flexible organic film followed by sintering and baking to form a radiative composite film.
