A radiation air conditioning system 10 is applied to a room interior 4 having a patient zone (first region) 4A in which persons having comparatively low metabolism (patients, for example) mainly are present, and a staff zone (second region) 4B provided with a blowout port 31a for blowing out at least air which is conditioned in temperatures at an upper part in which persons having comparatively high metabolism (medical staff, for example) mainly are present. The radiation air conditioning system includes a panel body 21 disposed at an upper part in the patient zone 4A, and the radiation panel 20 disposed at the back face side of the panel body 21 and having a pipe 22 through which at least a heating medium conditioned in temperatures flows for performing radiation in the patient zone 4A.
