Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation conversion panel configured to prevent image quality deterioration of a radiation image.SOLUTION: The radiation conversion panel 70 includes: a support substrate 120 having fluorescent materials 122 mixed therein, and also, functioning as a scintillator having a sensitivity to radiation; a photoelectric conversion element 72 formed on the support substrate 120 and having a sensitivity to fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent materials 122; and a TFT 82 for outputting the signal of the photoelectric conversion element 72. Accordingly, it is not needed to adhere the scintillator on the photoelectric conversion element 72 provided on the support substrate 120, then, the image quality deterioration of the radiation image caused by peeling between the scintillator and the photoelectric conversion element 72 is prevented.
