PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition not having harmful action. being non-irritating to the skin and, not causing tearing by incorporating a binder and a radiation-curable diluent comprising a specified acrylate or a halogen- substituted derivative thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A radiation-curable composition is obtained by incorporating a binder with a radiation-crosslinkable diluent for the radiation-durable composition, comprising an acrylate being a reaction product of 1-20 mol of an alkylene oxide selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide, and a mixture thereof with allyl alcohol or a halogen-substituted derivative thereof [generally, a compound represented by the formula (wherein R is H, CH3, or C2H5; R' is H or a halogen; and n is 1-20)]. This composition is one containing a radiation-curable diluent used for a radiation-curable binder (oligomer), being lowly irritating to the skin not causing tearing and not adversely affecting a reactive or obtained cured product.
