To obtain a radiation-curable resin composition having a low refractive index for forming a low refraction layer which excels in curability and adhesion, and to prepare a film having its cured film.
The radiation-curable resin composition comprises (A) an alicyclic epoxy resin and (B) a photocation polymerization catalyst or (A) an alicyclic epoxy resin obtained by copolymerizing (a) a monomer having an alicyclic epoxy resin, (b) a monomer having a fluorine atom, and (c) a monomer having a hydroxyl group and (B) a photocation polymerization catalyst, and has a refractive index of its cured film of <1.5. The film having the cured film is obtained by coating the radiation-curable resin composition on a film substrate and curing the coated composition.
