Abstract:

To provide a structure that is resistant to mechanical stress in the periphery of a sensor panel in manufacture and to prevent electric components packaged in the periphery from peeling easily.

In a radiation detector where a substrate 201 for scintillators that supports a phosphor layer 202 for converting radiations to a light signal is bonded to a sensor substrate 101 that a photoelectric conversion pixel area section 102 where photoelectric conversion elements for converting the light signal being converted in the phosphor layer 202 to an electrical signal are aligned is formed, the size of the sensor substrate 101 and that of the substrate 201 for scintillators are aligned so that force is not easily applied to the end section of the sensor substrate 101 when the sensor substrate 101 is placed on a holder being supported by the end section of the sensor substrate 101.
