Abstract:
To provide a radiation detector with high product reliability.SOLUTION: A radiation detector comprises: a photoelectric conversion substrate 2 having a base material 2a that includes a main body part 2aa and projections 2ab and has flexibility, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, and a plurality of pieces of wiring; a scintillator layer 5; and control circuits 3a. The projections 2ab project from a side SI1 of the main body part 2aa, are physically continuously formed from the main body part 2aa, and are located in projection areas PAb. The plurality of pieces of wiring is located above the main body part 2aa and the projections 2ab and electrically connected with the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements. The control circuits 3a are mounted in the projection areas PAb of the photoelectric conversion substrate 2 and electrically connected with the plurality of pieces of wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
