To enable determination of a volume data and a tomographic image data without generating artifact attributed to the shade of a scattered beam removing means.
In an image photographing part 20, a radiation transmitted through an object is detected by a radiation detector through a scattered beam removing means to obtain a transmitted radiation image data D1. A shade lowering means 11 applies a real space filter processing or the like to the transmitted radiation image data D1 to reduce a shade component of the scattered beam removing means contained in the transmitted radiation image data D1. A volume data generation means 13 generates a volume data D3 of the object based on the reduction transmitted radiation image data D2 from which the shade component of the scattered beam removing means is reduced. A tomographic image data generation means 14 determines a tomographic image data D4 carrying a tomographic image on a specified slice plane of the object based on the volume data D3.
