Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image reading apparatus capable of achieving both miniaturization of an apparatus size and maintenance of a radiation image reading accuracy.SOLUTION: A radiation image reading device 1 includes an optical scanning part, a light detection part 7, and an optical filter 10. The transmissivity of an excitation light EL reflected on a surface IPa of an imaging plate IP transmitting the optical filter 10, and the transmissivity of a signal light FL discharged from the surface IPa of the imaging plate IP at an angle larger than a predetermined angle θ with respect to a direction perpendicular to a scan line in a detection surface S transmitting the optical filter 10 are both smaller than the transmissivity of the signal light FL discharged from the surface IPa of the imaging plate IP at an angle smaller than the predetermined angle θ with respect to the direction perpendicular to the scan line L in the detection surface S transmitting the optical filter 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
