Abstract:

To provide a radiation imaging apparatus capable of surely removing a bright spot and a scotoma due to a detection element wherein defectiveness of an operation varies from a radiographic image and imaging a radiographic image suitable for diagnosing.

A superimposition part 14 provided to a radiography apparatus 1 superimposes a basic map indicating the position of a stably defective detection element on a current map indicating the position of an operation defective detection element to generate a superimposed map, and a pixel value change part 15 changes the pixel value of a pixel originating in the stably defective detection element and the operation defective detection element mapped in the superimposed map. Thus, not only a false image originating in the stably defective detection element is removed from the radiographic image, but also a false image originating in an instable detection element behaving as a defective detection element on the date of radiography is removed from the radiographic image.
