To provide a radiographic image capturing apparatus, which is capable of supplying electric power to a radiation source and a radiation detector even outdoors, reducing consumption of electric power, and which can be used easily and efficiently outside or the like.
A radiation source body 18 and a cassette body 12 of a first radiographic image capturing apparatus 10A have battery controllers 306 for limiting supply of electric power, respectively. Each battery controller 306 includes a present position acquirer 346 for acquiring the present position of each corresponding body; an activation determiner 348 for determining whether the present position of each corresponding body is in a preset location; and an electric power supply activator 336 for enabling supply of electric power between the radiation source body 18 and the cassette body 12, if the determiner 348 determines that the present position of each corresponding body is in the preset location.
