To suppress influence by noise from a power source part on functional elements, arranged at the outer periphery part of a radiation detection panel.
Since the power source part 54 is arranged at a center part of the radiation detection panel 26, in plan view, distances between the functional elements, such as, a control part 70, a communication part 52 and an A/D converter 48A, which are arranged on the outer periphery part of the radiation detection panel 26, and the power source part 54 are secured. Since the influence due to the noise from the power source part 54 becomes less as the distance becomes longer, influence due to the noise from the power source part 54 on the functional elements is suppressed.
