PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous selection of a region setting button by an operator in resuming photographing after a driven state of an image pick up device is canceled.SOLUTION: When an imaging means is in a non-driven state from a driven state after a lapse of a prescribed time, a display form of a functional image for a photographing method which is selected in the driven state out of a plurality of functional images (for example, a region selecting button) that indicate information on the photographing and are displayed in a display means is changed to a display form that is different from the other functional images.
