Title:
RADIATION NONDESTRUCTIVE INSPECTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3880855
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image having appropriate concentration corresponding to a specimen even if contrast in a radiation image is increased, and to reliably and effectively obtain much information by one-time shooting according to the specimen.
SOLUTION: The radiation nondestructive inspecting apparatus comprises a radiation source 2 for applying radiations to a specimen 1, a color light- emitting sheet 4 that is provided ahead of the transmission of the radiation that is radiated from the radiation source through the specimen 1, emits light in a plurality of colors by the radiation, and at the same time has a phosphor where the ratio of light emission in the plurality of colors to the radiation with the same intensity differs, and a detection means 5 for separating the light emission in the plurality of colors that is radiated from the phosphor based on the irradiation of the radiation for each color for detecting.
