Abstract:
To provide a radiation panel for cooling and heating which achieves lightweight and good heat conduction from pipes to heat conduction plates, and to provide a stand type radiation device which uses the radiation panel for the cooling and heating.
A radiation panel for cooling and heating 1 includes: heat exchange pipes 2, each of which is a pipe member in which a heat medium flows and includes a third layer 22 including carbon powder; and a pair of heat conduction plates 3A, 3B which have higher heat conductivity in an in-plane direction than in a thickness direction and are joined to each other so as to sandwich the heat exchange pipes 2.
