Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composition that has a high radiation sensitivity, can form a spacer for display element having a high flatness (film thickness uniformity) without uneven coating, and can perform high speed coating, and to provide the spacer for display element and a forming method of the same.SOLUTION: A radiation sensitive composition includes (A) an aromatic resin containing a (meta)acryloyl group and a carboxyl group, (B) a polymerizable unsaturated compound, (C) a radiation sensitive polymerization initiator, and (D) an organic solvent. And the radiation sensitive composition has a solid content of 10 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less and the viscosity of 2.0 mPa s or more and 10 mPa s or less at 25°C, and contains at least (D1) an organic solvent having a vapor pressure of 0.1 mmHg or higher and less than 1 mmHg at 20°C as (D) the organic solvent.
