To efficiently cool a radiation solid-state detector which receives irradiation with radiation carrying image information, records the image information and outputs an image signal representing the recorded image information.
The radiation solid-state detector 10 is configured so that a transducing section 16 which receives the irradiation with the radiation carrying the image information, records the image information and transduces the recorded image information into an electric signal, and a plurality of wiring lines 22 which connect to at least a portion of the periphery of the transducing section 16, are formed on a substrate 12. Furthermore, a cooling member 24 for cooling at least a portion of the wiring lines 22 is disposed on one side of the substrate 12 which has the transducing section 16.
