Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a wide range temperature measurement possible, by constituting so as to switch automatically scanning frequency of an image sensor.
CONSTITUTION: The peak value of an output of an image sensor is inputted into comparators 3, 4 and each value of voltage set by a variable resistor 5 for upper limit set and a variable resistor 6 for lower limit set, is compared with said peak value of the image sensor and an up-and-down counter 2 is advanced. A selector 2 is moved by this up-and-down value and it is switched to a prescribed scanning frequency among pulse generators f1Wf3 and then, the image sensor is scanned. Hereby, a wide range temperature measurement is performed automatically.
