While a clip attachment hole 19 is installed at an upper panel 5 of a radiator core support panel 1, the holding clip 21 is attached to the clip attachment hole 19 from the top through an elastic material 39 and lower holding part 27 passes through the clip attachment hole 19 and then after the upper holding part 29 is inserted till being attached to the upper panel 5, the holding clip is rotated for a prescribed angle and the upper panel 5 is put between the upper holding part 29 and the lower holding part 27 and settled in tight.
