Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator lower support to reduce the man-hour and reduce mold cost.
SOLUTION: This radiator lower support comprises a cushion 10 made of rubber; and a holder 20 made of resin. The cushion 10 made of rubber comprises a small cylinder part 11; a first flange part 12; a second flange part 13; and a large cylinder part 14. The holder made of resin is provided with a cylinder part, and the holder 20 made of resin is assembled at the cushion 10 made of rubber in a way that the cylinder part 14 of the holder 20 made of resin is fitted in the inside of the large cylinder part 14 of the cushion 10 made of rubber to constitute a radiator lower support 1.
