Abstract:
To constitute a radio IC device of which whole size is reduced and of which radiation property is improved, thus raising the transmission efficiency of a signal to the antenna of a reader/writer.
An electromagnetic coupling module 1 comprises a feeder circuit board 4 and a radio IC chip having it and is connected to a spiral conductor 7 through power feeding conductors 8a, 8b. The spiral conductor 7 and the power feeding conductors 8a, 8b are molded by a mould resin 9 and the electromagnetic coupling module 1 is bonded thereupon, thus constituting the radio IC device 10.
