In the radio access system, including a plurality of terminal stations 11-13, 21-23 for commonly using a radio access line 25, a high priority terminal set memory 32 is provided in each of the base stations 1 and the radio terminal stations 2. Thus, transmission of the transmission data to the terminal station set to this memory 32 can be started preferentially.
